I need an email marketing specialist who will take my leads, upload them into his/her server and send a marketing email to the email addresses from their server and their email address or a new email address I create for each mailing. Approximately 25,000 leads at a time, for example. The leads will need to be scrubbed. I left the budget at close to the minimum, as I do not wish to influence the offers.
