Here you will find the building plans i was able to get from the city, and the site plan attached I want this structure with a contemporary look, lots of big windows (where the windows are already) to allow more natural light, for the roof skylights, also street parking on both sides of street that goes around the property including the underground parking strucure. the 2 mirror buildings have a total of 209 apartments but i want i to be as close to 250 as possible still plan to keep the leasing office exactly where it is.
