Architectural 3D Modelling House Design

Hi There I am the Owner of a small Design, Building and Project Management business in Australia and am reaching out to you to obtain pricing and timing for delivery of the below services. This is not for a one-off project. I would like to setup an ongoing relationship whereby I would pass ALL of my design work to you. I will not work off hourly rate, only lump sum for each project type. Please advise your pricing and lead-time for the below, also if you could please advise the number of people in your team / business. I have used individual freelancers before who decide they don’t want to do freelancing anymore, so a team / business that is larger than 1 person is preferred. 1. Single Storey or double-storey house design up to 400 square metres (~40squares) • Including initial concept layout • Ground Floor Plan (and Upper if applicable) • Roof Plan • Site layout plan – showing floor space ratios. I will provide Surveyor Contour plan. • North, South, East, West Elevations • 2 cross-sectional views • Shadow diagram for June 22 at 9am, 12pm, 3pm • Reflected ceiling plan • Window schedule • ALL completed using AutoCAD 3D modelling, with my title-blocks used in paperspace 2. Applying materials to the above 3. After materials applied, overlaying model onto a photo provided to create a photo-montage 4. 3D walkthrough of the above If you are interested, let me know price and time required to complete each component.
