Courtyard Project

Courtyard Project General Notes Drawings to be done in Vectorworks, saved as a Vectorworks 2009 drawing file. Material supplied:  Pictures  Site Plan Phase1: Build 3 D model of the courtyard (140’ X 60’6”) and exterior shell of building as seen on photographs and site plan. Specific items to be included are:  Fountain in center (Octagon; 20’-6” X 20’6”)  Trees (as seen on photographs)  Arcade (covered walkway) alongside exterior building walls (9’-0” wide). Show exposed roof beams.  Pergola (6’6” X 6’6”) and shrubs/ planters on open end of courtyard  Model to include all textures (building, fountain, surfaces, ground) as seen on photographs.  Model to include real to life colors. Phase2:  Create several scenes (total of 4) Phase3:  Create architectural walkthrough which includes the structures as seen from the courtyard, and entire landscape of courtyard as described in Phase1. Process for Bidding: Please include bidding for each Phase separately. Include hours and delivery. I will also look at a fixed bid price.
