Quite simple.....when growing up I lived in a haunted house with a poltergeist who wasn't evil like a poltergeist is perceived in the movies. Me and mother used witness him on weekly occurence and other people did aswell, including the previous tenants. They nicknamed him Henry so we used to say Henry is about whenever we got a cold chill. Me and my mother used to see him walk the landing at night in a spectral glow. He used to stand at my door asif he keeping watch over me, I used to pretend that I could talk to him and playing toy racing cars with him. How they are still about who knows? what I believe though is our brains and our bodies are full with energy and electrons travel through our brains setting of certain receptors........what happens to that energy when we die? Also I saw this once and looked it up. There was a Scientist who tried the prove the existence of the soul by measuring peoples bodyweight just before they die. After they died they would lose big amount of weight shortly after and then over time the body with weigh twice as much. His theory is the soul leaves our body few minutes after we die where it goes no one knows BUT for me thats evidence, cause If our souls leave our body and goes to heaven or hell what happens If that soul doesn't go anywhere? and every now and then it manifests a spectral glow which we call a ghost.
