Building Addition Architectural and Engineering Drawings

We are considering an addition to our existing building which was completed in 2015. The drawings being requested in this project are to be used by construction contractors for bidding purposes as the final drawings for permitting will require a Texas Licensed Architects stamp. The drawings should include all information a building contractor would need to provide a proper quote as well as a significant portion of the drawings for the Texas architect to work from. A one story addition and a two story addition are both being considered. The initial floor plans and some 3D modeling of the exterior for each will be provided. The two story version is attached as of January 6, 2017. The one story version is to follow. The project will require all drawings including cross sections, schedules, etc. for both the one story and the two story options. A copy of the architectural drawings for the initial building construction is attached. All roofing, flooring, insulation, tile, granite, fixtures, doors, windows, paint, wall texture, etc. should be duplicated in the addition. I do not have the software to open a dwg file so I am unable to verify that all drawings are included. Ideally, the drawings would include all construction, structural, MEP and civil engineering drawings, though I anticipate some of these may need to be hired separately. The project includes providing both pdf and dwg versions of the project documents upon completion.
