Autocad addon

We are a company that design infrastructure for water plants, we design in Autocad. The company as some requirements that repeats it self in every design: 1. We use Enhanced attribute block, and in each pipe we need the labels to be organised in some constant way (parametric). 2. There is information in Mtext, that needs to be turned in to an enhanced attribute block. 3. we need to do a simple calculation of one parameter + another and put it in a constant position.
