I'm a musician/producer with over twenty years of bass playing. I get hired for a lot of professional gigs where I live and have played with members from Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy & Rainbow when they have done shows here as well as Swedish record artists. I play a lot of classic rock but have a background in jazz & funk music giving me a broad range of playing techniques. Regarding to sound I prefer to use Fender Precision basses for their distinct sound. I have access to both a professional recording studio as well as top equipment when it comes to digital recording. I also have access to several amplifiers, including all tube vintage amps. I also have access to some of the best amp simulation plugins for bass to provide a wide range of sounds. Before taking the assignment I would have to listen to the music so that I feel that I can contribute to it in a good way. Also, when you say that tablature can be provided, do you mean that you can provide transcription of the song or that the entire bass part is pre-composed and you just want a real live recording of it? If you want a bass-line composed for the music it would be of great benefit to get some references from you regarding the music as well as the playing style you're expecting. The digital files for the recorded bass line will be delivered in uncompressed wav-format in whatever resolution you require.
