Assignment 3 - Database Transformation - Oracle

Im currently in a database management class and this is an assignment that i need to do. We are currently in the SQL part of the class. I have posted the details of the assignment below. Take this seriously as it is important to me. I will review the assignment after its done and hopefully it will look great. I will be paying by escrow payments and i will release the money immediately as long as it is doen correctly. PS: Please be able to speak fluent English so that communication can be done easily.
