Brochure Design

I need a brochure designed for our project. You can see our project details at [login to view URL] The project is called SHANTINIKETAN - its a retirement community for Indians. I want the basic design in PSD format. Each page should have one or two pictures and some text. You can use the pictures from the website for the mock up. I want it done in such a way that I can go in and change the images or text at any time. The size of the brochure will be a set of 4 A4 sheets, folded in the middle with a staple. So it will read like a book of 5.5 by 4.25 inches. The top sheet will be like a cover sheet design. The back side should be like an envelope which we will use to put the mailing label, stamp and mail it to our customers. I have attached the sample of the back page - looks like an air mail envelope.
