Buzz Lightyear Authentic Replica Costume I need to create an authentic BUZZ LIGHTYEAR REPLICA costume to wear to children’s parties. It needs to be MADE OF FOAM and covered in Lycra. It has been suggested L200 foam is the best material for such a project. Ultimately the costume will look as close to the Buzz Lightyear outfit seen in the Toy Story Cruise Musical. It will take a lot of work. But I am willing to pay. It is essential an actor can move around, dance and interact with children.
