Project Title: 12 Animals animation for speech Category: Animation, Flash, Web Design Timeline: Please estimate in your bid Short Description: We need animations for 12 different animals with their lips moving as if they are speaking. We need these animation for our website where they will be accompanied with text and voice and it should appear as if the character is speaking the message. We would prefer these done in flash but please feel free to suggest any other platform. Full Description: - The animations should be original with we having copyright/ownership. - The 12 animations should be of 12 different animals. - The 12 animals base character should be clear and smooth. - You should get approval from us for the base character image before proceeding with animation. - The face of the animal should be clear to make the animation visible at low/high display resolution. - The animations should be of duration close to 10 seconds. - All animations should be of the same size (resolution). - We would prefer it being done in Flash as we, having the source action files, can get changes done in the future. Please suggest any other way of doing these which satisfies our criterion of easy future extensions. - We need to have all the source files for the animation and you can not use these animations for any purpose. - Though we have tried to make this requirements description very specific, please feel free to ask questions. Also, please share the link/demo of the latest and closest match to something like this from your pr ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
