Question and answer style articles on various subjects

We have a QA site covering various subject topics such as food, home tips, local travel etc., . and looking for writers on a on-going basis. The questions are short form such as What is the easiest way to get from point a to point b?, What is the special dish of southern Italy etc., The answers will be variying depending on the question however we expect the answers to be be short and precise (50 but less than 100 words). You can consider Yahoo Answers is similar to what we have in mind. We want our answers to be unique but at the same time mix it with youtube, other blog posts, authority websites, etc., However this project posting is to find the right writer for our project , so please a quote for 10 qa articles and answer the following: 1. What subject topic can you write? 2. Will be you able to come up with some "valuable" question and answer? 3. How many QA articles can you provide on daily basis? 4. Will you provide unique copy ("SEO optimized")? 5. Will you diversify the answers so that it does not look it comes from same person? If you have any further please ask us.
