I need a Video Script

Question:

Under the city of Sydney 2030 plan, in particular strategic plan number 8, how can the city of Sydney meet its affordable and social housing target, in order to guarantee social equality?

The script should cover the points below,

• So basically the script should cover Sydney’s Issue in affordable housing.

• The case study is Vancouver as they were struggling with same issue.

• The strategy that they introduced to solve this problem is called Eco-density.

• So I want to know how successful they were in making houses more affordable through this strategy? And what are the lessons that may be transferrable to the city of Sydney?
