What:
We are looking for a talented and experienced writer who can work with us to create 3 blog posts for our online boutique home wares business.
How:
We will provide a clear brief (and examples) of each blog posts intent and corresponding photographs for use within the blog post. The successful applicant will be required to review the brief, provide feedback / advice based on previous experience then write 500 – 750 words for each post. The final output is to be a complete blog post including photographs, formatting and styling in word format.
We also require a 30 minute initial meeting (in person / Skype / phone) to brief the applicant on our particular style and personality so that it can be reflected in each blog post.
Who:
The successful applicant will have the following characteristics:
- previous experience writing blog posts (essential)
- previous experience with home décor, home wares, food styling or interior design (preferable)
- ability to provide advice based on the initial brief and previous experience
- experience in creative writing style (humors and witty)
When:
The first post is to be provided for review two weeks after the successful applicant is awarded the project. Each corresponding post is to be provided for the first review 10 days later. i.e. the blog posts will be posted on the website every fortnight.
Each blog post will be provided in draft format and will be reviewed and revised up to three times.
