We current have a website called Contractmint.com. We want to have an alternative website called Contractmint.net. We require a website content copywriter who is experienced in BOTH: a. HARD-SALES type of copy b. SEO content writing (using keywords in strategic places) If you have been responsible for clickbank-like hard-sell squeeze pages you will stand a tremendous advantage. The following pages are required: 1. Landing Page (1000 words) 2. 8 x Freelance Contract download pages, including created testimonials (600 words) 3. Free eGuide Download page (600 words) 4. FAQ (600 words) 5. Terms & Conditions (1000 words) Estimated 8,000 words You will be provided with certain reference websites to start you off in the right direction but you will be required to spend some time researching competitive websites to come up with the BEST-OF-BREED copy. Clickbank type squeeze pages are the best. Some "fear factor" pointers like "Did you know that X% of freelance contracts got canceled?", "If your dispute went to court, the typical costs are $X far beyond what your contract might be worth?" Some "doubt seeding" points will be great like "How do you get a contract that does not send potential clients fleeing?", "Do you know how to set reasonable and legally binding milestones" Some benefits of using our template contracts (please ask me for samples of the contracts) Please do not hesitate to exceed the estimated word count. This is simply a guideline only. If the excess is necessary for a solid copy which tells a “great story” that engages the reader, compels the reader to take action and buy – please let me know what you intend to do in your bid comments so that I will take into account of your higher bid. You will also be provided with the Main Keywords and the Secondary Keywords which need to be incorporated strategically as H1, H2 and content. Keywords can be combined with other words to make a phrase. Copy should sound natural and not sound like you are trying to squeeze in keywords. Incorporate hard-sell languages at strategic areas. You are encouraged to indicate where we should insert banners, forms, buttons, images, media, etc at strategic areas. Our web designer will take care of these items. Please HIGHLIGHT the Keywords in your copy so that we can track their use and positioning. You have to be meticulous in making sure your copy passes Copyscape completely. IMPORTANT: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SAMPLES OF YOUR WORK TO BE CONSIDERED. We reserve the right to shortlist, discuss and select bidders who provide samples which we think give good indicators of your experience and capability.
