We are looking for 10 SEO optimized articles (600 words each) to start, on topics about the home, real estate, mortgages, insurance, contractors, moving, interior design etc. This will be an ongoing contract we will need between 10-20 per month. We retain full rights to all articles we are purchasing. We need original articles only. Creative, well written 100% grammatically correct, easy and interesting to read. Articles shall be checked on Copyscape/dupecop etc. for duplicates. No copied or rewritten material will be tolerated. No articles should be written with software or content spinners, or taken from existing articles. (It will be checked) It will be a big advantage if writer is an expert in SEO and may knows about the latest online marketing techniques. With your bid please include a sample of your work and the time line to complete.

I'm R.C. Brown, owner of Poor Richard's Writing Services and a Gold Member of GAF. I've been involved in writing all my adult life--as a reporter / assistant editor for a monthly religious news magazine for 7 years, and a reporter / editor for a weekly newspaper for 3 years.
