Connect Website with Metatrader 4 Manager

I need an API from my MT4 Manger to my website. I would like to be able to provide my clients with a visual representation of all the information concerning their personal account. Including the ability to track several sub-accounts and view them as a portfolio. This would include but may not be limited to... Account history. The account equity. All open positions. The ability to liquidate any position. (if possible) The ability to adjust leverage on a account. (if possible) I would like to be able to do this so my clients can login into my website and view their accounts without having to download a personal metatrader terminal on their computer. All the front end development is already done. I just need to be able to plugin the front end into the MT4 manager to pull the data. My company is an NFA regulated I.B.
