I need an animation with the following specs: - Resolution: 640x960px - Length: 5 seconds - File size: No limit - File type: .mp4 As you can see in the attached file, the idea is to start with an empty tank. Which means that the white area is all the way empty. The counter is in 0% As the liquid starts to fill so does the counter all the way up to 100% It has to give the impression that it is liquid (gasoline) Also the bottom part (cargando) has to be animated to with a shinning effect of some sort. The dots should be also animated. ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY. Thank you Edgard
