Create a character to represent my website/logo

The character named Brain-E-Ack is born with his brain partially exposed and not expected to live past a year. With constant care and attention he reaches age five; when it's discovered he has an eidetic memory. He graduates college at twelve as a computer engineer. A super hero nerd that is capable of understanding all advanced technology. I require a short animation to introduce Brain-E-Ack to social media, a pilot. I plan to continue with follow up episodes if successful. Budget is flexible but tight at the beginning. For those with an entrepreneurial spirit, I would be willing to trade a percentage my business for work performed.
