Animating 2D Intro timed to intro music (10 seconds) and overlay pop up for videos

I am working on several YouTube channels. I need customized intros for both. The one I am most interested in I need a custom intro timed to the beat of a song. The song has a heartbeat in it and the channel logo involves a heart monitor line, so I'm thinking a good style would be to time the heart monitor line to the beat of the heart in the song. For the pop up I need a green screened animation that pops up saying a few things about liking a video and subscribing, then pops back down. It will be added randomly into a video when I produce it.
