Animate kids illustration

I need a series of hand-painted illustrations to be animated fro an app. Attached are 7 illustrations. the animation needs to be simple 4-8 frame movements of elements of the images. Assume 5 animations per image. This cannot be done in flash. There must be no compression, jpgs etc. Output must be png files as spritesheets, as seen here [login to view URL] The spritesheets must contain only the changing element of the illustration in order to achieve maximum efficiency and must have height and width that are multiples of 4
