We are a startup company in the process of creating a highly scalable API for an enterprise mobile application in the finance sector (Checkout apps like Mint, Venmo, Budget Boss, and Stash Invest to get an idea of what we are about to create). Our MVP would be much simpler than matured financial applications out there; yet, quite innovative. We need a back-end developer skilled in Java and data storage using a database (like Firebase, MariaDB etc) to create the API. It would also be a huge plus if the developer or development firm has experience with an hybrid mobile front-end frame-work like Ionic. --Data representation would be done with JSON --A simple web page would be created for testing the API The API would need to be horizontally scalable and easily deploy-able. Also, high performance AND security is of high importance and would be critical for this project. We are expecting to handle 1000 requests per second and much more later. The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) API needs to be completed within 3 weeks tops. Only serious and experienced candidates should apply. The screening would be done by software professionals; it would be thorough. Once again, skill in a front-end framework like ionic is a BIG plus.
