Require to Develop an Android app, where i can put and link multiple panorama images to form a virtual tour kind of a thing in app. I have 5-6 panorama images ready, so need someone who knows Unity very good and can develop this VR app in very short time. Example app - serach on play store for "Dreamizer App" or "Sharjah VR"

I have been using Unity3D for about 6 years and have worked with VR in Unity3D. I do not currently have google cardboard or any sort of VR headset so I am not able to test the head tracking. I can convert the the panoramas to cube-maps to be used in unity then setup a change scene mechanic. You will need to test the head tracking and perform a final test of the game. A panorama will end up looking like you are inside a sphere (or cube depending on how unity works) with the panorama textured inside of it.
