Android Kiosk Browser, locked down with hidden admin menu

Develop an Android Kiosk Browser. This is to be used in public places, so the app should take total control of the system immediately on boot up, and prevent any Android actions or interface. Android 4.4 Rooted Full screen (no Android forward/home buttons). No navigation, no menus, no typical browser controls. Register as a launcher(?) so it can be set as the default/only application, boot right to it. No on screen keyboard. Expose USB-HID interface into custom javascript extension for quick reading of magnetic swipe card reader. Hidden admin menu: Tap 5 times in open space to get password prompt (or suggest other idea...) Enter password (show on screen keyboard) and present hidden menu Set starting address Change password Allow access back to Android
