Launcher for an Android media box.
On power on of Media box, the launcher needs to:
Set Network via Ethernet, option needs to be set.
Portable Wifi hotspot needs to be set on and to predetermined wifi name. No security.
Display a web page via chrome. Chrome requires to be set to fullscreen/immersive mode.
If web page cannot be found display predetermined message.
Secondary. If possible.
Obtain "number" from database on server. (same server as web page)
maybe from mac address comparison on database. Place "number" into web page
displayed. At predetermined location.
