We are looking for someone to design an Android APP. We want the APP to be a modified version of standard web browser. It should run full screen mode only. It should run with far zoom, java script enabled. Auto run plugins etc. The browser will need to auto start on power up. The browser will go to a file on local sd card and play content from [login to view URL] on local sd card folder. Periodically the APP will go to a predetermined online location to ftp update the local content and then reset the browser cache etc to play new content. The address for home page and ftp file location and credentials to download from will have simple XOR encryption. We would like a PDF of instructions on how to get it installed. Deliverable: -a compiled .apk -full application code Alternative suggestions to achieve the same requirements are welcome.
