Android app for website

For a website which uses 1) wiki - media wiki 2) forum - vbulletin 3) social - phpfox We need an android app that gives offline access to our wiki data, but updates on regular intervals. Allows easy post and read access to our forums Basic access to wall of social program. The design for main page is simply 1 big square divided in 4 colors Each color is a button to either "wiki" "forums" "social" "notes" The notes is simply a private message user sends to themselves using phpfox pm system Design in line with simplicity of our site. No ads and Free for anyone to download.
