Bluetooth Enabled Spirometer connected to Android application and Secured Cloud Server

I have the ProE files, gerber files, and circuit schematics for a handheld portable spirometer, however, I need the application and Cloud server that connects to it. The Android application requires the FVC, FEV1/FVC, FEV as well as the PEF numbers to be displayed. The application also needs to display the spirogram through a V-T loop and an L-T curve. The application needs to have a Google authentication with a user database with name, individual ID, ethnicity, height, weight, and location (through location tracker). The user profile also needs to be private and include the ability to add allergies, medications, and physicians. The user should be able to view the spirographs and information that has been saved over time in a graph. The application should include a settings page with the ability to edit the profile, turn location tracking on/off, adjust physician access, help, support, and the ability to logout. As for the Cloud server, the Android app should transfer the user info and spirograms and the readings which can be opened with the user's ID and specified physician's last name. The server must be secured. This needs to be completed in 2 weeks maximum- time is of the essence.
