• A web based accounting software to cater for a Church, which has several parishes.

• The software should link head office and the parishes such H/O will be able to view only, the status of accounts of parishes at any given time.

• The Parishes will also not have access to view what is happening at head office and also other parishes.

• The software should also allow H/O to consolidate all the financial statements from the different divisions.

• It should also allow edification of ledger accounts names and also adding of additional ledger accounts, editing of names and code numbers

• Should one wish to make adjustment, it should not delete or wipe away the transaction, but keep it.

• It should also warns Head Office of any changes that will have been made to previously captured transactions (audit trail)

• Should easily allow for additions of more parishes when arises

• Parish membership database to capture history giving and produce individual statements

• Issuance of receipts

There is no shift from the normal accounting software other than it being a web-based software and that only head office will be able to view what is happening at other branches and that branches will not be able to do view what is happening at other units.
