Bookkeeping :- I have Four years of experience in Bookkeeping with QuickBooks Premier 2012. Managing 30 multiple company accounts. Key functions are, booking sales, purchase and expenses, downloading bank transactions and uploading Payroll transactions in QuickBooks, bank and credit card reconciliation, scrutiny ledger accounts, prepare monthly profit and loss account, and submit it to franchisor portal, preparing financial reports for management.
Accounts Payable:- Verifying utility bills for correctness and book it in the system and schedule online payments, calculating weekly store wise sales and paying franchise fees, making sales tax payment sheet and online payment, checking vendors bills and scheduling payments, monitoring franchise invoice and ACH, funds management between the stores, make sure, all bank loan payment clear in the bank.
Payroll: - (Processing payroll for 250 + employee) Collecting employee hours from the all stores, and verifying it for correctness, Matching the hours with online clock in and clock out systems, edit the online system, to match the actual hours, print employee hours, and upload it to the Paychex payroll system. Conduct employee verification, before adding new hire employee in payroll system. Scan and store employee folder in the database. Keep track on employee leave and vacation database. Monitoring check distributions among the stores. Make available funds for payroll checks.
