Book keeper needed

Please read this in it's entirety. 1) Philippine or Mexican Preferred 2) Immaculate spoken and written American style English is required. 3) Your level of productivity, which is monitored, will need to be greater than that of our current LOCAL bookkeeper. 4) You will be in charge of maintaining accounts receivable, payable, purchase orders, and entering all bank/paypal transactions into quickbooks. You will balance our accounts within quickbooks (On line version) and reconcile DAILY. You will also be in charge of maintaining updated product price information in quickbooks, ebay, and our volusion website. 5) Reliable, honest, great feedback and fast reliable internet connection are required. 6) FULL TIME availability between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST is required. YOU MAY NOT have any outside work as our employee. You will work as if you are physically coming to work for us in person, sitting within the same office, available on skype at all times. Failure to heed this warning will result in forfeiture of any due pay and negative feedback, without exception: DO NOT EXPECT TO JUGGLE ANY OTHER WORK. 7) You must be available by skype, as if you were sitting within the same office. Half hour break at 2:30 PM is mandatory. 8) Mean pay for a full time bookkeeper in the Phillipines is $325 per month. The top 5% of bookeepers make $525. We are willing to start monthly pay at $395 and review for a raise to $525 per month after 4 months of superlative performance.
