Assistance for business set up in Australia

I would like to Introduce myself Sunil Krishnamurthy – Director, Guesto Solutions Private Limited, Bangalore India (Registered in India)

We From Guesto, cater international accommodation services exclusively for corporate clients who are in India, travelling abroad for business visits.

We do not sell any of the hotel products on our websites. We get queries from clients through email and we send them rates and hotel details on email. Once we get an approval from clients to book, we book it and we need to send a payment link for our customers to collect the payment for the hotel booking.

Many of our corporate clients make payments through credit card/debit card/net banking and some of the clients make payment through FOREX cards which are issued by their respective companies before they travel for their travel expenses abroad.

Hence all our customers are based in India and some of them will make payment through FOREX cards (issued by Thomas cook in India which are prepaid/multi-currency cards like USD, GBP AUD, CHS and so on.) Unfortunately, these cards cannot be used in India.

Now we are facing a problem in receiving/collecting payments through these clients (who pays through FOREX cards). We checked for a payment link/gateway service provider to collect these payments but unfortunately we were told that we need to incorporate/setup our business physically outside India and then we can avail this payment link/gateway.

Hence, I am writing you this email, to suggest us the best solution with minimal costing to setup a business outside India and let us know ,
