I work for an organisation who provides care, but we also work with computers (paperwork etc.) so we occasionally have problems with computers.
I want to tell my boss that it is better to have an IT department on site rather than hiring somebody for everything.
I study Computer Science and I would like to write a 1000 report on my views regarding the IT systems on site to my boss so that he can understand how we can improve our services without wasting money.
I need to give him options so that he can make a decision whether we need an IT department. The report needs to be strong pointing out existing failures etc.
I will provide all info needed for this report so that we can work together.
