Newsletter, Competitions and Raffles Member Database

We wish to implement a online new customer member database (MSAccess) to capture information from the following customer actions: - Become a member - Enter a fund raiser raffle - Enter competition - Tell a friend email - Subscribe to newsletter - Unsubscribe from newsletter Please advise if any other customer actions are known to be useful for marketing purposes also from your experience. Some basic mock forms are here: Competition [login to view URL] Raffle [login to view URL] More or less fields may be used in each form to tweak the effectiveness of response from customers - database must be flexible. More than one competition or raffle may be running at any given time from different forms for different purposes. Credit card info must be collect via SSL. Advice is sought regarding storing of credit card info. If credit card info can be stored securely in the database then it is to be stored otherwise only option will be deleting credit card info after transactions are processed. Hotel Bookings are currently out of scope although expected feilds for hotel bookings database are shown in attached spreadsheet.
