I need an application, having simple interface, it can be downloadable from website.

This application connect to 2 devices; 1) Biometric & 2) GSM Mobile Phone (via Bluetooth or USB DataCable)

The purpose it serve is attendance, when student arrive in school and punch thumb, immediately 1 SMS forward to Parents cell number from GSM Mobile Phone (by picking data from database & match it with parent) similarly when student leave school the same process done. As extra feature it can send Notification SMS to all parents.

Consideration:

1) Student/Parents data can be managed in groups & sub groups, so notification SMS can be send to specific group.

2) Programming must be standardized and browser (Chrome/IE) based.

3) Registration via Online though [url removed, login to view] (account can be provided for experiment).

4) Interface & working is preferable like of [url removed, login to view] (download latest version)

5) Complete Soft Code and Documentation is needed.
