ASP WebCam Site

Hello everyone! Looking for a reliable ASP WebCam Website all ready made. The script must be very user friendly and the admin section must be very dynamic. Your code need to be cleanly written and documented, fast loading and easily "update-able" for new features and modification. Of course, it must be a 100% fully open source running on MS NT Server with MySQL and all bugs have been worked out. Please provide me with you demo URL with admin login access to view the whole application. PM me cost of the application; I can go as higher for the right application and your hourly rate for modification. Please DO NOT PROPOSE A FRESH DEVELOPMENT. We don't have time for that. We need coders' who have already developed an ASP WebCam website, and be able to provide me with demos of FrontEnd and BackEnd/Admin. PM with any questions.
