Convert ASP site using MS Access Database to MSSQL

I have a classic ASP website setup that is using an MS Access database. The purpose of the website is to list mobile phone / cellphone call logs, which are imported into the system manually using CSV, and can be viewed by various reports when users login. Requirement: Website needs to be converted to use an MS SQL database. MS SQL Express needs to be installed on the server, and a database created. All the tables and data need to be imported from the current MS Access database. The connection code for the website needs to be modified to connect to the MS SQL database. Any queries that won't work properly with MS SQL need to be updated (I think there are about 30-40 .asp scripts with about 1-3 queries each, most are simple and will probably work just fine). I will provide remote desktop access. Future work: This site has some messy code, and I need to clean it up. If you're interested in optimising the code so the site will be faster and easier to maintain in future, I could give you the work for that also. Payment will be made via GAF escrow.
