C# & Directshow application

c# and directshow expert is invited to bid with this project We are using a Windows media encoder and windows media services(WMS) for live streaming application. We need to convert a media encoder with a windows service mode application. Encoder should read the configuration file with audio-video device name, bandwidth, FPS and other options available in desktop based media encoder application. One more service should always check the status of encoder service and if due to ay reason encoder service is stooped second service will restart the encoder service. If required we will pass the directshow based encoder code. Work test scenario : - Install the encoder service in automatic mode. - Set the configuration with required parameters, restart the service - Service will start the publishing point on WMS and using http url live streamig played on media player. - reboot the system, encoder service should automatically start and started the streaming. - Stop the encoder service, another service will start the encoder service in 2 second. Encoder service start the streaming again.
