Database Design Continuation..

Please read this properly, the following skills must be met. A Database has been designed on SQL 2005 with an ASP front end, my member of staff is leaving and could finish the project but I would rather pass it to a third party. The Database is SQL based and integrates with Active directory on Windows 2003 to allow different front ends depending on the AD groups that people log onto from.
