Complete an almost completed ASP.NET project

I desperately need to get an almost completed project finished urgently. The deadline for this project was prior to Christmas and I have not been able to get hold of the developer who was working on this project for the past week, despite sending several messages. For someone who is very skilled in asp.net and able to follow instructions, this is a reasonably straight forward project and should take 2-3 days to complete. The application is like a portal which allows users to have all of their favourite websites, located in one place. The owner of this site is using this website as a means to drive traffic to another website he owns. There are two components on the portal website which need to be completed: 1. Inclusion of an email component which will allow the user to receive and send emails from their existing email accounts, from one place (similar to using an application like Microsoft Outlook except that the user is able to use the web application from anywhere) 2. Inclusion of RSS Feeds (from other websites) so the user can view all of their RSS links from the one place. This project needs to be completed within the next week (earlier would be even better) The successful incumbent will also be given the opportunity to work on some other website development projects which are coming up in the next few weeks so whilst this particular project does not have a large budget given that this project has over-run the original budget and timeline, if you are successful, then you can be assured of ongoing work.
