Build a WASP.NET Code: Convert from MSIDXS to Windows Search Serviceebsite

Project must be complete by 4/9/2015 at noon PST (west coast USA). We estimate this to cost around $50. Interviews will take place between 9am-5pm PST on 4/1/2015. Please be available during those times. Task: Converting MSIDXS to Windows Search Service. Our website currently is on a Windows Server 2003, but we are moving it to Server 2012 (which no longer uses the index server / catalog). Our 2003 Server has a ASP.NET website that queries the 2003 catalog. How can our ASP.NET code query the 2012 indexes? While job is active, please be available at least 2 hours between 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri PST (west coast USA) to review tasks. If no communication, we will close out the job without pay. Please give us heads-up if you will not be available. If not complete by above dates, the project will be terminated as incomplete. Please budget accordingly. This will be strictly enforced and no progress/milestone payments will be made if incomplete by deadline. New additions must work and look good in Chrome, FireFox, and Internet Explore.
