We have a client for whom we've built a new website and CMS using SQL 2008 R2 / ASP.Net / VB.Net. The CMS now needs extending to allow the migration of legacy backoffice databases to create a single solution. The backoffice currently comprises two Access 2007 plus one SQL 2000 database that need to be migrated to the new SQL 2008 R2 database. Data needs to be moved and forms / reports with same functionality created in ASP.Net / VB.Net to sit alongside current CMS forms. We envisage this initial build as an 8-10 week project for the right person. We have a full development environment set up, the project is signed off and ready to start. Opportunity for ongoing modification / extension work.
