I need a aspx GURU, Expert, just an excellent coder who communicates well. I will provide mock-ups of each page before excepting your final bid. There will be 3 main pages: 1) a form 2) a back-end moderator page 3) front end display page The process will be: A user submits a form with fields: Name: Location: Quote: Context: Email (checkmark for read Terms and Conditions) Upon submitting, the information should be stored somewhere. Unfortunately we CANNOT USE A DATABASE, so we would use xml files to pass along the info. There would need to be a way to capture simotanious form submissions... The moderator back-end page will pull the values from the xml to populate a table. the page will have: - Quote field as a list - Quote field will be link to a pop-up that will show all the information about the submission, including the IP and time - there will be 3 options new to each submission: feature online ripple screen block based on the choice, two new xml files will be created: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The front end page will show the submissions form [login to view URL] and will have this format: Quote: "quote text" submitted by Name, at Location; Context tumb up(100)/thumb down (67) thumbs up and down will be buttons for rating. the number next to them is amount of ratings submitted. We should not allow multiple rating clicks. on top of this page would be links: View: All | Most Recent | Top Rated | From the Screen most recent would show latest quotes on top. Top Rated would show the quotes with most thumbs up on top. From the screen would show the quotes from [login to view URL] That is all. Please bid only if you are an expert in aspx. Share you ideas about avoiding the database, in case xmls are not the best solution.
