ASP.Net, C#, MySQL

Would like to have a website developed on ASP.NET C# & mySQL technology conveying the requirements below: The website will consist of three (3) major sections: 1. Ad server management - Provides central ads and campaigns management - You will not develop a new application or control. - You will only need to configure it 2. News management - Provides functions to publish and manage and articles like an online newspaper - You will need to create a new application or control 3. Classifieds management - Provide classified items postings like Craigslist, [login to view URL],[login to view URL], etc - You will need to develop an application or control * Considerations - CMS: must use mojoPortal as a CMS system. The CMS will handle user profiling and membership. - Ajax: must utilize Ajax on website frontend and backend - Bilingual: must support at least English & Arabic Languages - Multiple countries: must support multiple countries * Design Layout - a good an attractive design is required * Requirement Details - Details will be provided upon agreement. - Technical Issues - Project will be running on Windows web hosting - Must fully install and configure project on customer web hosting server - Must provide full source code for the project - Source code should be in Visual Studio project files 2005 or 2008, Preferablely in 2008. * Support - Describe your post development support terms NOTE: "Please send your company portfolio document with the quote as well."
