Addon Module and SEO for Existing Dynamic ASP site

We have a Dynamic website having services of B2B Directory, Recruitment and Matrimonial. We want to optimise our B2B section and add some module in it. The B2B section has Home Pages with 31 links to the category pages. These 31 pages are html pages. From a category page their are links to sub-categories (20 to 125 links on each html page respective to the category). On clicking the sub-category link the listing of members is displayed on a listing page which is an asp page. As the current data is less on clicking on any sub-category link of a particulat category visitors see all the members in that category. Thus clicking on any sub-category link the same data from the respective category gets displyed to the user. As the data increases we intend to show only those members who have registered in that sub-category. From the listing page their is a link for each members detail page. Each listing page displays record of 15 members with pagination at the bottom. Part A We want a solution such that all these dynamic pages ie sub-category pages, listing pages and individual members (current and new that will be formed as new mwmbers register) should get spidered by the Search Engine Robots on a regular basis. The SEO should be ethical. [For Example check site processregister dot com]. All their dynamic pages are spidered by google. We want such type of a solution. Part B On these 31 pages we want to display syndicated news on that particular topic. Their will be news from India and Rest Of the World displayed in 2 seperated table columns on the same page. The news heading will be shown on these pages. Once the user clicks on these headings then he is asked for his login id and password. On submiting that and verification he is displayed the whole news. The news should get displayed on the html page of out server and not directed to the third party news publisher who is supplying the RSS feed. The publishers name should be printed at the bottom of the headlines and detailed news.
