Craigslist Ad Tracking Software

I am looking for a highly skilled and talented programmer who has knowledge in using the [login to view URL] Free Classifieds Website. I need someone to create a software application to run via Windows Desktop that can track ads that someone has posted on www.craigslist.org. The program would have the capabilities of logging into multiple Craigslist Accounts at once and search posting id numbers to find, and then return the results in a nice and neatly oragnized spreadsheet or chart of some sort. It will show ads that are on the website, ads that were flagged by users, and ads that are not live on the website. In addition, it should have the capabilities of logging into multiple gmail accounts, copying all the post id numbers from each publish email, and search for those post id numbers in the correct city of the ad posted. Results should be displayed the same as written above. I prefer someone in the United States who I can call and talk to.
