Adapt existing 3d models for for NFT project. Blender, 3ds Max, Zbrush

I have planned an NFT project that will include personalised NFTs based on certain items in their portfolio.
The basic concept is an animal dressed in a suit. If they have namy items in their portfolio then their nft would be a whale. If less then maybe a frog. If only a few then maybe a shrimp. I imagine around 8 different animals.
They will also be dressed in different clothes depending on the items in their portfolio. example it they own item A then they would be wearing a hat. If they own item B then they would be wearing a watch.
There will be over 100 items that can be added to the 3d model.
So in total we have 8 animals with over to 100 accessories added.
Most of this will be done with programming. But I need a designer to design the base animals and maybe the clothes.
It is my idea to start with some existing 3d models from maybe turbosquid and adjust them. The adjusting would make the base animals unique for the project and make them more "adult"
THIS PROJECT: So this project is INITIALLY for taking one existing model that I will supply and adjusting it to be in a suit. I also want to add three accessories that can be turned on and off with layers etc.
So you would provide base adjusted animal model with the ability to add hat, watch, walking stick at the click of a button on whatever software you use.

I was thinking about getting the accessories from sketchfab or turbosquid. Whichever is easier.
Final model must be no more than about 60mb
