VMWare is the subsidiary of Dell Technologies that focuses on virtualization and cloud computing. Cloud computing is one of the most important technological trends of modern times, as it allows for increased global access to data all while lowering costs for companies around the world.
When it comes to technology, some of the most important aspects of companies that are involved in technology are the fact that it has to scale fast enough for its user base – since often times, these companies grow so quickly – and that it has increased mobility, so that the company can adapt to the market and circumstances as a whole, with maximum efficiency. Of course, this often is an expensive process, which is why VMWare is gaining traction in the
market. Not only does VMWare provide all sorts of simplicity, flexibility, and scale – it does it all at a low cost, which is great for the companies’ balance sheets, and which means less overheard.
End users now have easy and quick access to their applications through cloud technology, that allows for increased workplace mobility. VMWare allows more than one operating system to run on one PC, and allows for more efficient data allocation, agility, while reducing operating costs in general.
