We are taking orders from Stripe but several of them are failing. Many orders don't even show up in the Stripe backend listing of orders. The webhooks are showing correctly and everything looks good, as I've used Stripe in my site and other clients. But Stripe won't help. I am out of ideas on how to fix this.

We are an ISP. Our company needs to integrate and automate the entire process from user registration, to payment, to user device activation (CPE). Part of the application was developed in php and integrated with Stripe. However, some actions are still missing. We are looking for a person (or group) capable of following us in this development. I have an account on the Stripe payment gateway. When I send payment links to my customers, I've encountered an issue with certain Egyptian banks refusing to process the payments. Interestingly, I tested making a payment to myself using a Visa card from one bank, and it was accepted, while another Visa card from a different bank was declined. Upon contacting the customer service of the bank that declined the payment, they informed me that they do not support transactions with certain brands. The Visa card that was declined worked perfectly when I used it to make payments with a different brand.
